Typically it all starts with a 2 hour complimentary session. We get to know each other through conversation and establish a sense of how a working relationship might play out.
Subsequent to that each 1 hour coaching session continues to foster this relationship. The coach-client relationship. In the call I provide a safe space for you to explore yourself. I listen actively, intently. I listen for belief systems and then challenge the thoughts behind them. I ask questions that help you look at things differently. Together, we gain clarity. Everyone has strengths and weaknesses. We capitalize on your strengths and work to improve upon your weaknesses. Typically, action plans are established. I will hold you accountable for the steps you outline that move you closer to your goal. We go at your pace. You arrive at your own conclusions. I offer no advice. You are the only one that truly knows what is best for you.
